OVERVIEW 4Autism is an Autism Intervention Agency located in Orange County California. We provide intensive home-based behavioral intervention programs uniquely tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. The Directors of 4Autism are Dr. Tina Shaffie and Mr. Shervin Shaffie. Each individual brings a wealth of knowledge to the agency. Tina's years of hands-on experiences with the Autistic children she has mentored, combined with her high level of education, enable her to be an effective and creative Clinical Director. Shervin's international consulting experiences in the areas of business and technology, combined with his analytical Engineering background, inspire a unique technologically fueled management approach. TINA SHAFFIE, Psy.D. The Clinical Director of 4Autism is Dr. Tina Shaffie. Tina received her Doctorate in Psychology from Alliant International University and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Tina is highly experienced in the field of Psychology with an emphasis in Autism. Over the past 6 years, she has held the position of Supervisor and Program Coordinator for 3 Los Angeles and Orange County nonpublic agencies. She has an extensive background in implementing workshops, training staff, supervising consultants, working with teachers and parents in setting up behavior plans (IEP meetings), parent training, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing recommendations for appropriate school placement. SHERVIN SHAFFIE, B.A.Sc The Director of Operations of 4Autism is Shervin Shaffie. Shervin received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada and has since been actively involved in a variety of international consulting engagements. Shervin has consulted dozens of Fortune 500 companies in the areas of business and technology. He has worked with companies in the Healthcare, Government, High Tech, Financial, Communications, and Retail sectors. Shervin's primary focus is to effectively manage 4Autism and ensure that high quality services are consistently delivered to children and their families. In addition, Shervin is utilizing his Engineering expertise and experiences in technology to design and develop new tools to help educate Autistic children.
